Email support@agencyftw.com and we'll get back to you within two business days. Please include your app version (Settings tab → About) and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Common fixes

A screen says it couldn't load. Tap Retry on the error screen. If it persists, check your connection — the app downloads its feature screens on first use and caches them afterward.

The app seems out of date. Force-quit and relaunch; the app checks for updates at startup and applies them automatically.
