Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the Agency FTW app collects, why, and what it does not do. The short version: the app has no accounts, no ads, no trackers, and does not sell data.

What we collect

• Crash and diagnostic data. If the app crashes or a screen fails to load, technical details (device model, OS version, app version, a stack trace, and the versions of the app's feature modules) may be sent to Sentry, our crash-reporting provider, so we can fix the problem. This data does not include your name, contacts, photos, location, or anything you type.
• Standard network logs. The app downloads its feature modules and updates from our content delivery network (Cloudflare). Like any web request, those requests expose your IP address to the CDN as part of standard server logging.

What we don't collect

• No user accounts, sign-ins, or profiles.
• No advertising identifiers, ad networks, or cross-app tracking.
• No analytics of your behavior in the app.
• No access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
• Nothing is sold or shared with data brokers — ever.

App updates

The app keeps itself current by downloading cryptographically signed updates to its own code and content. This is a technical mechanism, not a data-collection one: update requests carry only what is needed to serve the right version (such as the app's version and update channel).

Data retention

Crash reports are retained by Sentry per their retention schedule (typically 90 days) and then deleted. CDN logs are retained by Cloudflare per their standard policy. We keep no other data about you, because we collect no other data about you.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Your choices

Because the app holds no personal data and has no accounts, there is nothing to export or delete on request in the ordinary case. If you believe a crash report contains something it shouldn't, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised before the change takes effect.
